Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

The Ayurveda Hub aims to serve its customers a wholesome experience. We promote ease of exchange, return, or refund of domestic orders.

  • Products can only be returned in their original, sealed condition. Opened or used items will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

 

  • Products can only be eligible for return if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged/defective state or are expired or incorrect products have been delivered. 

 

  • Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Customers are required to share an unboxing video prior to return.

 

  • The products as mentioned above which are eligible for exchange should be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please ensure to provide the following information when raising a return pickup: Order Number, Invoice Number, Reason of your Complaint or Request.

 

  •  It is mandatory to attach images and unboxing videos to support your complaint. Please ensure that batch details are visible in the video or images sent to us, as we won't be able to process your request without this information.

 

  • All returned items must be accompanied by an original bill/receipt along with their tags, outer cartons, or outer boxes.

 

  •  Opened or used products will not be accepted for return/exchange/refund. 

     

    • The Ayurveda Hub is not responsible for damage to goods after/upon delivery.

     

    • All claims of shortage or damage during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

     

    • To lodge your return, please send an email to care@ohriaayurveda.com or a WhatsApp message to +91 9754454400 including an unboxing video of the package.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    • Refund shall be made once the goods are sold, except in case the customer receives damaged products, wrong products, or expired product
    • The refund process will be initiated only after a thorough inspection by The Ayurveda Hub Quality control team of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of the return policy are adhered to.

    • Refund shall be subject to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be processed and completed within 7-15 business days, from the date of approval of the returned products by our quality experts. 
    • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It will be credited to the customer’s The Ayurveda Hub account, which can be availed for new purchases within 3 months of the date of return. 
    • In case of online payment, we will initiate the refund to the original payment source.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order provided the same is not delivered to the logistic partner for delivery to the customer.
    • In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days and credited to the original payment source.
    • In case the product ordered is out of Stock, the refund can be processed. Alternatively, customers can get in touch with us by emailing at support@theayurvedahub.in or WhatsApp at +91 9754454400, request for some other product. 

     

    GIFT OFFER POLICY 

    • In case a complimentary product offered is out of stock, the company reserves the right to substitute the complimentary product with an alternative complimentary product.
